Our Story
Generations in the Making
Moving from the big city life in Chicago to rural Montana during the homestead days, Anton Yirsa (Jirsa), his wife Anezka (Agnes) with their two boys, Anton Jr. (Tony) and Edward (Teddy) were in search of the American dream. Although, Anton and Anezka decided to move back to the city in 1928, Edward and his new wife Libbie pursued the farm life and had two boys, Edward Jr. and Robert.
When Edward Jr. and Robert were old enough, they both followed in their father's footsteps and expanded the farm together, breaking up acres and acres of land on their little John Deere D tractor (just like the one in our logo today). Edward married Shirley Frieling and Robert married Rita Paul, each beginning families of their own.

Today, over 100 years later, the farm is still in the family, and the 3rd, 4th, and 5th generations are continuing to strive for excellence in our field and bring customers top quality products.
